LICWPA is please to be able to work with a variety of schools in and adjacent to our watershed in an effort to educate our youth to the importance of water and to their part in protecting it.

Supported by a grant from the Riverwood Foundation, the AP Environmental Science class was recently involved in a project to analyze the water of Long Island Creek.  The students learned how to use testing tools and were surprised at what they found in our creek.
