Watch for Violations!
 

Carry a camera in your vehicle (or use your cell phone) and if you see something that you think is a violation such as improper silt fences or sewer spills: 

 
  ● Take a photo to document the problem  
  ● Call the Sandy Springs call center 770-730-5600

Give them the information letting them know you have a photo.  (If your camera dates the photos, that is ideal!)
 

  
 

A common violation is landscapers or homeowners blowing leaves or debris into storm drains.  If you see someone doing this, just hand them this Printable form to let them know it is illegal.  The form is available in English and Spanish.

 Volunteer
  ● Monitor zoning or other issues impacting the watershed  
  ● Serve as a liaison to similar water preservation groups  
  ● Participate in one of our Creekwalks, field trips or nature watches listed in the OUR EVENTS section

 Adopt a section of the creek with an organization you represent -  Scouts, your neighborhood, civic organization, your business
